Management Approach Selection

There are many models, frameworks, standards, methodologies, methods, and practices to support us in our initiative's management process. Sometimes we get stuck on which direction to go. Should we adopt a predictive approach? The agile, would be better? Or the hybrid would be more suitable?

A scale of five possible approaches were defined to facilitate the identification of where your initiative is placed in the spectrum that varies from a pure predictive to a pure adaptive approach.
